Planning Institute Of Australia (PIA)
PIA is the 'peak body representing professions involved in planning Australia`s cities, towns, regions and places'.  On this site you can find fact sheets, event details, and career information.

American Planning Association (APA)
The APA is the American professional  body for planners in the United States.  The site provides similar information to PIA (although with a focus on the United States).


Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI)
This is the site for planners in the UK.  They have lots of interesting information including a Transport Planning network and a Development Planning Network.


Smart City Radio
This web site is a weekly public radio talk show about urban life.  In the archive section there is a huge range of interviews, by host Carol Coletta, all  to do with urban planning.


Cyburbia
This site is listed as the 'Planning Portal' and has a live forum where people can discuss planning issues.  The site also contains articles and a impressive photo gallery.
